What’s the difference between a Truth and a Win?
A Truth is what you noticed and what it told you — the moment underneath a goal, not the goal. A Win is something that went the way you wanted: the evidence it’s happening. Both live in Rooms; both are yours to edit or delete.
Why is Reflect asking me to write more first?
Reflect and Try This work from what you’ve written, so they wait until there’s something to draw on — a handful of Truths over a couple of days. Your first Reflection is free; after that the mirror is part of the subscription.
Does Beneath read my entries?
Only when you ask it to. Reflect, Try This and Recaps send the relevant entries to an AI model to write their output, with no name or email attached, and that text is not used to train anything. Nobody at SteadyLife reads your journal. Details in the Privacy Policy.
How do Letters work, and how do I stop them?
Letters are Recaps written as if from you to you, sent by email. They’re off until you turn them on (account menu → Letter), and every Letter has an unsubscribe link. Turn them off any time in the same place.
How do I manage or cancel the subscription?
Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Beneath. If you stop subscribing, everything you wrote stays readable, editable and exportable, and any Reflections and Recaps already written stay too. Only the noticing stops.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: the person icon (top right) → Delete account → confirm. It erases your account and everything in it immediately. Or email us and we’ll do it for you.
